Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at VOLTEXfrance@support.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
